In order to ensure the development of its activities, Social.Lab France is looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager (M/F).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

Personal assistant/Office Manager ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.

His/her key responsibilities are: 

• Assist the General Manager

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Provide general support to visitors

• Order office supplies

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

• Book travel arrangements

• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Develop and maintain a filing system

Profil

• French speaker and a good knowledge of English

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Proven administrative or assistant experience (3 year experience in an office setting)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work + stress resistance

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• Dynamism, sense of service and resistance to stress

• Proficiency in MS Office
