In order to ensure the development of its activities, Social.Lab France is looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager (M/F).
Personal assistant/Office Manager ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.
His/her key responsibilities are:
• Assist the General Manager
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Provide general support to visitors
• Order office supplies
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Book travel arrangements
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
